Yoga Session with Aadya

Service Description

Together we will work through emotional obstacles and create a plan to help you feel centered and focused. I focus on using kundalini yoga and hatha yoga to move emotions along with your body. We can also integrate essential oils into session. This session can also consisted of mediation.
