Service Description

Counseling is a time and space for you to be heard and seen for whatever is going on in your life. As your counselor it is not my job to tell you what to do, rather guide you and give you feedback to what I am hearing you say. Together we work together to figure out the best way to navigate through your emotions, stress, and feelings.
