Laura Jaramillo

As a yoga instructor I provide one on one sessions that direct you in the direction you wish to go. I love sharing and personally practicing  Kundalini yoga and Hatha yoga because it gives access to connecting to your body, releasing, and finding calm and peace within your mind.

As one progresses through yoga it can bring up emotions from the past or releasing of fears which is where essential oils, counseling, or coaching can come to being important in your process of change.

Laura is a registered yoga instructor of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga 200 hours each.

Aadya Eastman

Aadya, also known as Jennifer is a certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga instructor. She is also trained in Meditation, Sound and Vibrational Therapy as well as Reiki, an ancient energetic healing practice. 

 

Teaching comes naturally to Aadya as she held a career in the education industry for more than a decade. She spent eight years in the Middle East and Asia, holding roles in Early Childhood, Special Education, and teacher management. Her work with children on the Autism Spectrum gave her deep insight into emotional development and planted the early seeds of her current passion.

 

Aadya discovered yoga over 20 years ago and always found solace in her practice. Not long after the birth of her 2 boys, only 19 months apart, she came to realize that solace left her when she was off the mat.

 

Confronting her struggles with emotional processing and regulation, Aadya was drawn to learning about her personal energy through Kundalini Yoga.  It was through this magical practice that she elevated her emotional, mental, and physical states of being, found true self-love, transformed her life and enhanced her relationships with her children.

 

She truly believes optimal emotional health is achieved through not only managing crises as they arise, but by having a heightened state of personal awareness and continuous nurturing of the mental, emotional, and physical states of being.

 

Aadya is passionate about helping others cultivate presence and develop the ability to respond to situations and people with more clarity, grace, and ease. She brings a unique approach to finding emotional balance using Kundalini Yoga and a variety of holistic tools and yogic practices.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Laura Listens has everything you need to take your practice to the next level. Join our virtual classes and workshops to learn new techniques and deepen your understanding of yoga and wellness. 

Why Yoga?

We believe that every single person on this earth deserves to experience self-love, feel accepted by those around them, and to be seen and heard. These virtual sessions will provide a holistic approach to your life.

Do you feel like you never have enough time for your own self-care, healing, or “me time?” Do you desire more space to be creative? Do you want to find more time to connect to your mind and body? Don’t want to go to traditional counseling?

You can choose between 30, 60, and 90 minute virtual sessions with me to help you begin to create the space you need to feel balanced, whole, connected, energized, rested, or cared for. 

4.

During our sessions, we will create an individualized plan to either start or continue your journey of self-love, healing, yoga, wellness, and overall health.

5.

Your personalized session plan will incorporate any of the following but not limited to yoga, coaching, essential oils, encouragement texts, positive readings, and other holistic modalities we decide are the best fit for you.

3 Week course in Kundalini
with an emphasis on releasing food restrictive compulsions through healing emotional pain and finding self-reliance.

Week 1: 

Releasing Emotional Pain

 

The first session is designed to help you to find the emotional pain and anger that has been residing within you for months, years, or even decades.

Week 2: 

Discover Comfort Within

 

In this stage we will focus on grounding the self to find comfort and security. We will find acceptance within the self for exactly who and where we are in our lives.

Week 3: 

Self-Reliance

 

It is time to allow courage to emerge as we build upon our self-reliance, our ability to live authentically - as our truest selves.
