As a yoga instructor I provide one on one or group sessions that direct you in the direction you wish to go. I love sharing and personally practicing Kundalini yoga and Hatha yoga because it gives access to connecting to your body, releasing, and finding calm and peace within your mind.

As one progresses through yoga it can bring up emotions from the past or releasing of fears which is where essential oils, counseling, or coaching can come to being important in your process of change.
Laura is a registered yoga instructor of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga 200 hours each.
Aadya Eastman
Aadya, also known as Jennifer, is a certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga instructor with expertise in Meditation, Sound and Vibrational Therapy, and Reiki. With over 20 years of yoga experience, she found solace in her practice, especially after the birth of her two boys. However, she realized that the peace she experienced on the mat often vanished in her daily life. This led her to explore Kundalini Yoga, through which she transformed her emotional, mental, and physical well-being, discovering true self-love and enhancing her relationships.

Passionate about helping others achieve emotional balance, Aadya believes that optimal health is nurtured through continuous personal awareness and self-care. She brings a unique approach to her teachings, using Kundalini Yoga and various holistic practices to help others cultivate presence and respond to life’s challenges with clarity, grace, and ease.

Do you feel like you never have enough time for your own self-care, healing, or “me time?” Do you desire more space to be creative? Do you want to find more time to connect to your mind and body? Don’t want to go to traditional counseling?

You can choose between 30, 60, and 90 minute virtual sessions with me to help you begin to create the space you need to feel balanced, whole, connected, energized, rested, or cared for.

During our sessions, we will create an individualized plan to either start or continue your journey of self-love, healing, yoga, wellness, and overall health.

Your personalized session plan will incorporate any of the following but not limited to yoga, coaching, essential oils, encouragement texts, positive readings, and other holistic modalities we decide are the best fit for you.
