It encourages relaxation, reduces stress, and promotes self-reflection, making it an ideal environment for talk therapy and counseling. You'll be able to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment while experiencing the beauty and serenity of nature.
Our therapist, Laura, understands the complexity and sensitivity of unwanted feelings and emotions, and offers a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to treatment. With evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, she will help you understand the root causes, develop new coping skills, and build a positive self-image. You'll be able to progress at your own pace and work towards recovery with a supportive therapist by your side.
