Journey to Balanced Eating
Join our supportive 6-week group focused on healing disordered eating patterns and nurturing a healthier relationship with food. Guided by experienced professionals, this group offers a safe space to explore challenges, build resilience, and connect with others on a similar journey. Together, we'll work towards lasting recovery and emotional well-being.


Am I Good Enough
This is a 3-week course designed for those who are stuck in a limiting mindset about who they are, what they are worth, and stuck in a cycle of self sabotaging behavior patterns. We will explore the masks and stories that keep us stuck in fear and unhealthy habits so that we can then build a way to release ourselves from those traps.
