In-person & virtual one-on-one sessions that combine traditional talk therapy with somatic, spiritual, and trauma-informed practices. These sessions support deep emotional healing and are tailored to each client’s unique journey. Clients often work through anxiety, depression, body image issues, trauma, and burnout.

Individual Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: A powerful, evidence-based approach to help process trauma, reduce distress, and rewire stuck emotional patterns. EMDR helps clients who are ready to move through past pain and feel freer in the present. Sessions are held in a supportive, grounded space, with safety and integration as the top priorities.

Creative sessions that use visual expression to explore emotions, release tension, and access healing beyond words. Ideal for clients of all ages seeking a nonverbal, embodied approach to therapy. Sessions are structured with reflection, symbolism, and intuitive insight—no art skills needed.

Trauma-Informed Kundalini Yoga

A gentle, grounding practice incorporating movement, breath, and meditation to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. Offered in both individual sessions and group settings, this modality is excellent for clients navigating trauma, disconnection, or chronic stress.

Kundalini Yoga

For clients who feel stuck but not in crisis, coaching sessions provide clarity, accountability, and actionable tools to move forward in life, relationships, or their careers. Coaching can be used independently or integrated into therapy.

Life Coaching

Simple, effective tools to regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. These sessions may include guided meditation, breath practices, and grounding techniques that clients can utilize between sessions and in their daily lives.

Mindfulness & Breathwork

Custom therapy and wellness bundles (3, 10, or 20 sessions) are designed for clients ready to commit to deeper healing. Packages may include yoga, mindfulness resources, walk-and-talk sessions, and other holistic tools.

Healing Packages

Small-group spaces that offer connection, healing, and community. Includes 6-week therapeutic groups, seasonal workshops, and therapist-led support circles that blend inner work, movement, and mindfulness.
