Laura Jaramillo, LCPC

Founder | Therapist | Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher

Laura brings nearly two decades of experience as a licensed therapist, healer, and somatic guide. She blends clinical depth with intuitive presence to support clients seeking emotional, spiritual, and nervous system healing.

I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel fractured—to long for safety, softness, and something deeper than coping. That longing is what led me to study not just psychology, but the sacred art of healing. Over nearly two decades, I’ve blended clinical expertise with the wisdom of yoga, ritual, creativity, and spiritual presence. Because I believe true healing doesn’t just live in the mind—it lives in the nervous system, the body, and the soul.

Peggy Muñoz, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

Peggy Muñoz is a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about supporting women between the ages of 40 and 60 as they navigate the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that often come with perimenopause and menopause. She understands how confusing and isolating this stage of life can feel, not just professionally, but personally. Having moved through this transition herself, Peggy brings both lived experience and clinical insight into her work, offering a space where women can feel deeply seen, understood, and supported. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support a wider range of women in a way that feels culturally and emotionally aligned. Her approach is warm, grounded, and relational, helping clients make sense of what they’re experiencing while reconnecting with themselves in a more compassionate and empowered way.

In addition to individual therapy, Peggy is creating small, intimate support groups for women who are craving deeper connection during this time. These groups are intentionally kept to just a few participants, allowing for meaningful sharing, genuine support, and a sense of community. Peggy believes that while this phase of life can feel overwhelming, it also holds the potential for growth, clarity, and a renewed sense of self—and she feels honored to walk alongside women as they move through it.
